[iPod Touch] How to improve the performance and reduce the unexpected quit of apps for iPod Touch 4 with only 256MB memory and iOS 6.1.6

Enable virtual memory for iOS. (Tested on my iPod Touch 4 with iOS 6.1.6)

iTouch 4 comes with only 256 MB memory. After jail-broken and installed some tweaks and apps from cydia, it is highly possible that some apps will quit unexpectedly. For example, Wechat is one among them. It does not mean the problem with Wechat. The main problem, I think, is due to the memory. There is no much left for Wechat to run. Therefore, my solution is to enable the virtual memory on iOS by following the instructions from [iOS 6.X.X/iOS 5.X.X] Optimize iPhone iPod touch and iPad Graphic performance!

Finally, the unexpected quit problem is alleviated.
